CLAYTON STEINFEST - NEW YORK

Our hunting camp is in upstate New York where we have been using Whitetail Institute’s Imperial Whitetail Clover, Alfa-Rack Plus, Imperial Winter-Greens and 30-06 minerals for several years.

CURTIS CONE- NORTH CAROLINA

CURTIS CONE - NORTH CAROLINA

In 2008, we started using Whitetail Institute No Plow and had great success with it. Through time, my dad and I acquired more equipment.

MIKE DAVIS — Pennsylvania

This photo is of a buck of which I have four years of trail-cam pics. Up until the last Wednesday in December this past year, I never had a picture of him during daylight during a hunting season. Fortunately, we had a cold front come through, the barometer dropped, and the deer were on their feet a little bit earlier than normal.

ROB HUDSON - PENNSYLVANIA

Three years ago, I planted Fusion in a two-acre clearing on our hunting land. The first year it struggled, and the weeds had to be controlled with Slay and Arrest. The second year it really took off. It spread, covering some bare spots and with the help of proper fertilizer, weed control and mowing, it has become a very good food plot. The deer started showing up almost immediately but what surprised me was the quality of 8 and 10 points that continue to come to the plot. Whitetail Institute has made a huge difference in my deer hunting and the quality of the bucks. Last year during archery season I shot this 17-point, non-typical in the Fusion field at 30 yards with a crossbow. He began coming in regularly to the plot back in the summer. One afternoon I watched him at 59 yards come in and munch on the Fusion for 1/2 hour but was out of range. The day I shot him, there were 8 doe in the plot when he showed up chasing one of them around. He is one of 6 nice shooter bucks I saw last season. He weighed 250 pounds, had a 23-inch spread and was 7-1/2 years old. It has not been officially scored yet. The state scorer will be here later this month to score him. I’m told by the taxidermist it should score about 180. I’m looking forward to another great season at the food plot, and plan to create a few more plots with Whitetail Institute products.

PHIL DEWIRE - PENNSYLVANNIA

Phil DeWire - Pennsylvania

I was lucky to harvest this deer in mid-October last year. I purchased
our property five years ago, it had been subject to heavy hunting pressure and almost no upkeep. Since that first year, I have been using Whitetail Institute products in our food plots spread throughout the property.

RYAN DAY - PENNSYLVANIA

We have numerous plots of Imperial Whitetail Clover we have planted and been maintaining on our 300 acres for about five years now. The deer stay in them all the time, and they bed close to them also. We have killed two other big bucks over one specific Imperial Whitetail Clover plot, and we have noticed a huge increase in the number of deer on our properties since planting these plots.

Michael Savercool – Pennsylvania

We started using Whitetail Institute products around 20 years ago with great success. We have harvested several nice bucks over those years and have many great trail-cam photos. The past two years we started using Winter- Greens and Tall Tine Tubers, and the deer love them. Enclosed are two photos from last year. The wall mount is the nice buck I harvested in archery season. He was following a hot doe headed to the Winter- Greens. The second photo is my stepson Justin Seigler with his huge 10-point he rattled in on the last day of the rifle season in the same area. It grossed in the 150s and netted in the 140s after the 60-day drying period, which puts it in the Pennsylvania record book.

Larry Griner – Pennsylvania

I use No-Plow, Secret Spot, Bow Stand and Pure Attraction. Does Whitetail Institute stuff work? See photo of one of the bucks on my Pennsylvania property. Thank you again, Whitetail Institute.

Emile Dionne – New Hampshire

I currently use Imperial Whitetail Clover, Winter-Greens, Winter Peas Plus and Whitetail Oats Plus. The observations I have noticed are many; a lot more deer, much heavier antlers, bigger bucks and does and also a doe with three fawns. There is a period when the food plots experience a lull in activity when the acorns are falling. After that the plots are leveled.

Caden Day – North Carolina

I just turned eight years old and I love to hunt with my crossbow. This past January, my dad and I took a trip from our home in North Carolina to our hunting cabin on our farm in southeast Ohio. I love spending time there and we get to do a lot of hunting. Our second evening hunt was very cold. It was six degrees out with a minus 10 degrees wind chill and snowing!

Tom Hardy – Pennsylvania

I have a small piece of land. About 60 acres. But, for this area it’s on the large side. We are challenged with fairly high hunting pressure, limited space for people to hunt and, unfortunately, some neighbors who are antihunting. However, despite this, we do pretty well. A lot of the credit goes to the great products the Whitetail Institute provides.

Keith Decker Sr. – New York

I’ve been hunting for 42 years. The property I hunt now is 98 acres and I have been there for 12 years. The property has hundreds of wild apple trees on it which has been good for holding the deer over the years.

Roger Sowicki – New Jersey

We have used Imperial Whitetail Clover since the late ’80s with great success. Before using Imperial Whitetail Clover we planted rye or winter wheat and had some success for the fall but had to replant each year. A big problem for us.

Paul Wurster — New York

In late July through early August I plowed, disked, seeded, and cultipacked my food plots with great anticipation of the upcoming hunting season.

W.R. McClintic — Pennsylvania

We started planting Whitetail Institute products 8 years ago on our 200-acre northern PA property. We planted Imperial Whitetail Clover, Chicory Plus, and Winter-Greens.

Emily Dutzer - Pennsylvania

I am nine years old from Nazareth, Pa. I just recently started to hunt with my dad and uncle Tooker not knowing if I would enjoy the experience.

Todd Oehler - North Carolina

This is a picture of my son, Cale Oehler, with his first deer. It is a button buck. He used a Rossi youth gun with .410 barrel and slug as ammo. We were hunting beside a food plot planted in Extreme. Cale was six years old at the time he shot the deer.

Greg Caso - New York

“OK, Greg, nice and easy now. Get the gun on her, right in the pocket. Remember, when you shoot, squeeze the trigger, don’t pull it.” “OK,” was all I could get out with my heart pounding and my body shaking.

Robert Glenn — West Virginia

I started using Imperial Whitetail Clover five years ago. My bucks have gone from 12- to 14- inch spreads to 16 to 20 inches. I’ve killed two real nice bucks and seven good bucks. I have 38 acres and have seen more deer each year since planting.
