We had a very dry summer and I was afraid due to the drought and the heavy grazing from the deer that this newly established plot was going to fail. Was I surprised when the rains finally came. Take a look at the 136 inch P & Y gross eight point in the picture and you will see just how good this plot looked when I harvested this buck in late October. And it looks as good right now.
