By following the instructions on the Whitetail Institute products completely, starting with soil test and pH adjustment I have been able to obtain a 85 to 90 percent seed yield in my food plots. The plots have held up under drought conditions and have been available for deer usage year round. With intervals of fertilizer applications these crops have been maintained for several years after initial planting.
