I
got my first buck of my life hunting over
a Whitetail Oats Plus food plot that I had planted in the middle of the small
woods behind my house. The deer had been mowing down the oats and I got a ton
of nighttime photos of a nice buck. When the weather turned cold, he started
showing up earlier in the day. On my last chance of the season, in the last few
seconds of visible light, I was able to put an arrow in him. I have some plans
for expanding my food plot strategy next year, so I’ll be in touch with
Whitetail Institute.
